摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the treatment effect of small incision non phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation in clinical patients with cataract.Methods:1 064 patients with cataract were selected from February 2011 to December 2013 as the observation subjects.All patients were given small incision non phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation.The treatment effect was observed.Results:The operations were successful in all patients;the removal blind rate was 99.44% ;the removal disabled rate was 78.76%.At the same time,some patients had postoperative corneal endothelial edema and incision inflammatory reaction.Through effective processing,all patients were all return to normal after postoperative 1 week.Conclusion:The small incision non phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of patients with cataract can greatly improve the patient's vision.The operation is simple.The price is reasonable.It is widely used in large-scale cataract recovery light engineering.关键词
