Abstract
Objective:To understand the occurrence of AIDS highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) adverse reaction,to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods:371 patients with HIV/AIDS were selected from April 2005 to February 2013. The adverse reactions of beginning HAART treatment within 6 months were retrospectively explored and with statistical analysis. Results:The main treatment scheme in this study was lamivudine(3TC) + zidovudine(AZT) + nevirapine(NVP),3TC + AZT +EFV(efavirenz),3TC+stavudine(d4T)+NVP,3TC+d4T+EFV.106 cases(28.57%) occured adverse drug reaction,and rash(28.3%), myelosuppression(19.8%),gastrointestinal symptoms(16%) and liver function damage(12.3%) were primary.The incidence rate of rash and myelosuppression of including NVP、AZT group were significantly higher than those of other groups.Conclusion:AIDS patients after HAART treatment for 6 months have a higher incidence of adverse reactions,and adverse reaction in three months is highest.So the clinical should choose appropriate antiviral drug combination according to the basic condition of patients,at the same time we should pay close attention to the adverse reactions of antiviral therapy within 3 months.关键词
