Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shu Xue Tong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods:106 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group with 56 cases and the control group with 50 cases.Patients in the observation group were treated with 6 mL of Shu Xue Tong injection into 250 mL of 5%glucose solution,and intravenous drip,for 1 time each day;the control group were given 250 mL of composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection(equivalent to 16g Salvia),for 1 time each day.Patients in two groups both were treated for 15 days as one treatment course, and then the treatment effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The differences of the curative effect in angina pectoris, accompanying symptoms and improvement of electrocardiogram were no significant between two groups(P>0.05).When compared before the treatment,the OST and NST in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01).However,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after the treatment,but the difference had no statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shu Xue Tong injection treated on coronary heart disease is safe and convenient,and it also has quick effect.In addation,it can improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the incidence of sudden cardiac death,and have a exactly curative effect on angina pectoris,therefore,it has no significant adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
