The clinical effect of the combination with traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with heart failure,so as to provide more information for guidance and direction for the actual effect of clinical therapy for heart failure.Methods:90 patients with heart failure were selected from May 2012 to April 2014,and they were divided into the investigation group and control group through the method of the random number table.The investigation group were given the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment;the control group were treated with the conventional treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate of patients in the investigation group was 93.3%,and the effective rate of the control group was 77.8%,P<0.05.In the treatment process of the control group,the emergence of irritating cough in 5 cases,the investigation group exists only in 1 case,with statistical significance of certain. Conclusion:The combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment in the treatment of heart failure can produce significant results.The probability of adverse reactions in the actual treatment process is smaller,and it is worthy to popularize in the clinical treatment of the latter process.关键词
