Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:64 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,however, patients in the treatment group were added traditional Chinese medicine based on routine treatment taken by the control group, and then we observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:When compared with before treatment,the FPG and 2hPG both in the control group and the treatment group had decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),but there were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05);group UAER and CRP were decreased,but compared with the control group there were significant(P<0.01);the level of C-reactive protein of the treatment group and the control were decreased significantly after the treatment(P<0.01),but the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with prostaglandin E1 is safe and effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
