摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate NT-proBNP in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)patients with heart failure value. Methods:78 patients with DCM were detected the NT-proBNP and ejection fraction(LVEF).The median follow-up was 13.5 months(3~25 months).We observed the cardiovascular events(cardiac death and heart failure decompensation readmission) situation.Results:①The recurrent event group had lower LVEF[(39.4±8.2)% vs(46.2±8.6)%];NT-proBNP median was higher(6 803.0 pg/mL vs 2 464.0 pg/mL),P<0.01;creatinine was higher[(113.6±48.4)μmol/L vs(90.6±31.1)μmol/L],P<0.05.②Cox model showed lg (NT-proBNP) was an independent prognostic factor in patients with DCM recurrence of cardiovascular events, OR=3.775(95%CI:1.668~8.540,P=0.001).Conclusion:NT-proBNP for prognosis in patients with DCM has an important value.关键词
