福州市社区居民合理就医引导策略研究
The guidance strategy research of reasonable medical treatment of community residents in Fuzhou city

Abstract
Objective:To understand the hospitalizing behavior and medical psychology of community residents in Fuzhou city,to analyze the influence factors of residents' medical behavior rationality,to provide suggestions to guide residents reasonable medical treatment.Methods:Using random sampling method,with the self-designed questionnaire and interview questionnaire,9 communities in Fuzhou city were randomly selected.In each community,300 residents were randomly selected.A total of 1800 residents were investigated.In 1 800 residents,200 typical residents were interviewed.Results:There were 1 800 questionnaires.1 780 copies were recycled,and the effective recovery rate was 98.9% .Among them,1 459 questionnaires were valid,and the efficiency of questionnaire was 81.1%.There were 200 interview questionnaires;the recovery rate was 100%;the effective rate was 100% .The survey found that,the difference between the age of residents and the prevalence with disease was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference of education and medical care of the residents was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Strengthening the construction of grass-roots community medical service institutions can promote the residents' medical behavior toward standardization and rationalization.关键词
