摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of intravenous drugs in the treatment of infection of the upper respiratory tract and summarize beneficial experience to guide clinical rational drug use.Methods:180 cases of patients with infection of the upper respiratory tract were divided into the intravenous drug group and the oral drug group randomly, with 90 cases in each group. The oral drug group were treated with oral drug and the intravenous drug group were treated with drug by intravenous drip or intravenous injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results:The drug effect time and symptoms relieved time of the intravenous drug group were significantly shorter than those of the oral drug group, and the differences between the groups were statistical significant(P<0.05).The legacy cough and expectoration of the intravenous drug group were better than those of the oral drug group 7 d after treatment, and the differences between the groups were statistical significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of disease outcome between the intravenous drug group and the oral drug group(P>0.05). Conclusion:The two modes of intravenous drug use and oral drug use in the treatment of infection of the upper respiratory tract can relieve symptoms effectively, and intravenous drug has relatively faster effect. But there is no relationship between eventually curative effect and the clinical method of administration, and the intravenous drug use do not change the course of infection of the upper respiratory tract, and reasonable clinical medication should be taken on the basis of the patients, condition.关键词
