Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of captopril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:142 patients with chronic heart failure were selected.According to the patients willingness and doctors advice,they were divided into the control group and the combined group with 71 cases in each.The former were given captopril. The latter were combined with metoprolol on this basis.The clinical effects were evaluated after 2 weeks and 3 months.Results:After 2 weeks,the excellent rate of the combined group(74.65% ) was better than 57.75% of the control group;the ineffective rate(1.41%) was lower than 14.08% of the control group.After 3 months,the excellent rate of the combined group(90.14%) was better than 74.75% of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure and heart rate of patients in two groups were lower than those of before treatment.The diastolic blood pressure[(66.5±3.2)mmHg],systolic blood pressure[(120.5±3.8)mmHg], heart rate[(82.3±3.1)/min] of the combined group were lower than (78.4±5.1)mmHg,(138.1±5.5)mmHg,(90.5±5.5)/min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combined group had 14 cases of adverse reactions at 2 weeks,which was higher than 2 cases of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with simple application of captopril,captopril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure has more significant clinical effect.But with the prolonged course of treatment,the difference of curative effect is gradually narrow,and the combination may increase the risk of adverse reactions,so the combination should be careful,and it must be considered in patients with tolerance and disease treatment.关键词
