摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol injection in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia.Methods:60 patients with rapid arrhythmia were selected from January 2009 to August 2013.The control group received the treatment of amiodarone,while the research group were treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol injection therapy.Results:The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05);there was no serious adverse reactions in the study group and the control groups,and the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol injection is better than single amiodarone in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia.This treatment has high safety,and it also effective,so it worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.关键词
