无创呼吸机治疗COPD呼吸衰竭及慢性心功能不全的临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy observation of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure and chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure and chronic heart failure.Methods:68 patients with COPD,respiratory failure with chronic heart failure were selected from January 2011 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 34 cases in each. The control group were given the conventional treatment.The treatment group were given noninvasive ventilator therapy based on the control group.After 48 h treatment,we compared the heart function,heart rate,blood gas analysis,left ventricular ejection fraction between two groups.Results:After the treatment,the PaO2,SpO2,pH,PO2/FiO2,LVEF of the patients in the treatment group were increased significantly;the PaCO2,HR,RR were decreased significantly.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:BiPAP ventilation in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure can improve cardiac function and clinical symptoms,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
