卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病并发心律失常50例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of carvedilol in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with arrhythmia.Methods:100 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into A group and B group with 50 cases in each group.Group B were treated with conventional therapy.Group A were treated with carvedilol treatment on the basis of the B group.We analyzed the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical effects of A group and B group were 94% and 76%.In the A group,beat frequency was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the period of treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions.Some patients had fever,headache, and then they were all relieved.Conclusion:The combined use of carvedilol on the basis of conventional therapy for dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with arrhythmia has obvious curative effect.It can improve the cardiac function,and it is worth as an ideal drug in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with cardiac arrhythmias.关键词
