摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cetuximab combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of tumor of digestive system.Methods:80 patients with digestive system tumor were selected from March 2012 to March 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with general treatment.The observation group were treated with cetuximab combined with chemotherapy.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency was 90% .In the control group,the total efficiency was 70%.The treatment effect of the observation group was obviously better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of cetuximab combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of tumor of digestive system is significant.关键词
