Clinical analysis of laparoscope and small incision surgical removal of the gallbladder treatment in gallstones
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscope and small incision surgical removal of the gallbladder treatment in gallstones.Methods:100 patients with gallbladder removal were selected from November 2009 to March 2011.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were given laparoscopic operation treatment.The control group were given small incision operation.The treatment time,amount of bleeding and operation time of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment time,amount of bleeding and operation time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.01,and the difference was significant with statistical significance. Conclusion:Using laparoscopic operation treatment in patients with gallstones has the clinical value.It can be promoted.关键词
