胃癌手术治疗76例疗效分析
Analysis of curative effect on treatment of 76 cases of gastric cancer with operation

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of operation for the treatment of gastric cancer,and to further enhance the clinical curative effect.Methods:76 patients with gastric cancer were selected from January 2012 to February 2013.According to the clinical symptoms,they were divided into 3 groups,including 22 cases of large hemorrhage,acute gastric perforation group with 33 cases,pyloric obstruction in 21 cases.Before surgery,we improved the health of patients as soon as possible.Patients with pyloric obstruction and gastric retention were given blood transfusion and plasma.At 3 d before the operation,patients were given warm saline lavage to reduce inflammation and mucosal edema in the evening every day.According to the specific circumstances of patients,patients were given gastric cancer radical operation and palliative resection operation.Results:In 76 cases of gastric cancer,50 cases were given radical surgery,the 1 year survival was in 33 cases(66%);3 years survival was in 11 cases(22%);5 years survival was in 6 cases(12%).26 cases were given palliative resection,1 year survival was in 13 cases(50%);3 years survival was in 1 case(3.8%);5 year survival was in 0 case(0).We compared two groups of survival rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radical surgical approach is the best way for the treatment of gastric cancer,and the survival rate of the patients is high,so it is worth popularizing.关键词
