Comparison of curative effect observation of ceftriaxone and spectinomycin hydrochloride in the treatment of simple gonorrhea

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect observation of ceftriaxone and spectinomycin hydrochloride in the treatment of simple gonorrhea.Methods:86 patients with simple gonorrhea were selected from 2012 to 2013.According to the different methods of treatment,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The former was treated with ceftriaxone,and the latter was treated with spectinomycin hydrochloride.We observed the curative effect of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 97.6%.In control group,the total efficiency was 86.1%.The treatment group was greater than the control group.The bacteria clearance rate was significantly smaller than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of simple gonorrhea is remarkable.Complication is little.It can improve the quality of life of patients significantly.关键词
