Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical emergency treatment of serious arrhythmia in children.Method:30 patients with serious arrhythmia were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.We retrospectively analyzed the treatment measures of them. Results:In 30 cases of children,the treatment was successful in 28 cases;2 cases died;the cure rate was 93.3%;the mortality rate was 6.7%.Conclusion:We select the effective drug according to the arrhythmia type in children,and active to treat the primary disease,at the same time,we use the electric shock treatment,correcting heart failure and other comprehensive application measures when necessary is the key to treat the severe arrhythmia in children.关键词
