糖皮质激素在亚急性甲状腺炎治疗中的应用价值分析
Analysis of application of glucocorticoids in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of glucocorticoid in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis. Methods: 70 patients with subacute thyroiditis were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with the double blind method.All of them were given prednisone acetate tablets oral treatment.The observation group adjusted the dosage and determine the withdrawal time according to the ultrasonic inspection results.The control group adjusted the dose and withdrawal time according to the decrease of ESR and C reaction protein decreased situation,and we compared the treatment situation of the two groups.Results:The clinical cure rate of the two groups was 100%,but the treatment time and adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the relapse rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glucocorticoid is effective in treating subacute thyroiditis,but in the course of treatment by ultrasound as indications of withdrawal,despite increasing the treatment time,but it can reduce the recurrence.关键词
