青光眼术后白内障超声乳化术的临床分析
Clinical analysis of phacoemulsification for cataract after glaucoma surgery

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and explore the operative skill of phacoemulsification for cataract after glaucoma surgery,and evaluate the operation effect.Methods:31 patients(31 eyes)with cataract after glaucoma surgery were selected from January 2009 to December 2012.They were given transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation.Patients were followed up for 3~6 months,and the visual acuity,intraocular pressure and complications were observed.Results:The postoperative visual acuity of all patients were significantly improved than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between postoperative intraocular pressure and preoperative(P>0.05).The complications included corneal endothelial edema,anterior uveitis,anterior chamber hemorrhage,posterior capsule rupture,crystal suspensory ligament partial disarticulation and iris injury.Conclusion:The phacoemulsification through the transparent corneal incision in the treatment of cataract after glaucoma surgery has the characteristics,such as quick recovery of visual acuity,stable intraocular pressure and less complications. It is an ideal treatment method.关键词
