Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of edaravone combined with clopidogrel,atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 cases of acute cerebral infarction were selected from 2011 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with edaravone.The treatment group were treated with edaravone combined with clopidogrel,atorvastatin.The effect was compared.Results:After the treatment of 30 days,the effective rate of the control group and treatment group were respectively 86.0% and 92.0%,and the difference was significant( χ 2=3.84,P<0.05).After the treatment of 15 days and 30 days,NIHSS scores of patients in two groups were significantly reduced.After 30 days,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(t=22.8,P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with clopidogrel,atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction have the synergistic effect.It can effectively improve the clinical curative effect.Edaravone combined with atorvastatin have the more obvious effect,which can effectively improve the neural function defect.关键词
