中西医结合治疗肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎的经验体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of acute perianal necrotizing fasciitis.Methods:26 patients with acute perianal necrotizing fasciitis were selected from January 2012 to January 2013.They were given comprehensive therapy with the incision and drainage,anti infection,hyperbaric oxygen,the decoction of Chinese medicine and nutrition support.Results:25 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 96.1%;1 cases gave up treatment because of economic reasons(automatic discharge,the disease has been effectively controlled);no 1 cases was death.Conclusion:Combined use of variety methods is reliable for the treatment of acute perianal necrotizing fasciitis.It can effectively reduce the mortality of the illness.关键词
