Abstract
Objective:To obeserve the clinical effect of Yi Shen Huo Xue Xing Shui Jing Yan Fang combined with small dose of prednisone in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,and to explore the influence on the quantity of urinary protein and renal function index.Methods:76 patients with nephrotic syndrome were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each.The control group were treated with small dose of prednisone;the observation group were treated with Yi Shen Huo Xue Xing Shui Jing Yan Fang on the basis of the control group,1 agent/day.1 period of treatment was 15 days.All patients were treated for 4 courses of treatment.Results:After treatment, 24 h quantitative urinary protein and renal function indexes of the two groups,such as urinary β 2 microglobulin,urinary albumin excretion rate,creatinin were decreased,but in the observation group,it was more obvious(P<0.05).In the observation group,the efficiency was 92.1%;in the control group,efficiency was 68.4%;the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yi Shen Huo Xue Xing Shui Jing Yan Fang combined with small dose of prednisone can effectively reduce 24 h quantitative urinary protein in nephrotic syndrome,and improve renal function.The effect is satisfactory.It is worthy to be widely used.关键词
