Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of naloxone hydrochloride combined with Mailuoning in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Xuesaitong injection 0.4 g+5% Glucose Injection 250 mL,Mailuoning injection 30 mL+5% Glucose Injection 250 mL,1 time/d, continuous treatment of 14 d.The observation group were treated with naloxone 20 mg+250 mLNS on the basis of the control group, intravenous drip,1 time/d,for 14 d.Results:In the observation group,12 cases were basically cured;16 cases had significant progress;10 cases had progress;2 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 95%.In the control group,7 cases were basically cured;17 cases had significant progress;11 cases had progress;5 cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was 87.5% ;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,NDS score,ADL score and ESS score were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of naloxone hydrochloride combined with Mailuoning in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
