补阳还五汤应用于糖尿病足介入治疗后的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the interventional efficacy of Bu Yang Huan Wu soup in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods: 60 patients with diabetic foot from December 2009 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group (32 cases)and the control group(28 cases).Two groups were given knee micro balloon expansion operation.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Bu Yang Huan Wu soup after operation,while the control group were only given routine nursing,and then, we observed the clinical curative effect of two groups after interventional therapy,and the change of restenosis rate and serum vascular endothelial growth factor.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group was 100%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 89.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,we concluded that the restenosis rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,moreover,the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor after operation of the treatment group was lower than before,and lower than the control group at the same time, Conclusion:Bu Yang Huan Wu soup treated on patients with diabetic foot after interventional treatment can greatly improved the clinical curative effect,thereby reducing the patient's condition.关键词
