Effect of continue nursing on reducing acute attack in patients with bronchial asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of continue nursing on reducing acute attack in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods:82 patients with bronchial asthma were selected from October 2011 to January 2013.They were divided into the intervention group and the control group by using the random number table method,44 patients in the intervention group,38 cases in the control group.The control group were given medication guide and health education after hospital discharge.The intervention group were given out-of-hospital continue nursing for 1 year on the basis of the above care.The effect of nursing on the acute attack in patients with bronchial asthma of two groups were analyzed.Results:After the implementation of different nursing methods,compared to the control group,the intervention group had a sharp improvement in the asthma control and health knowledge score(P<0.05).And after the implementation of continue nursing,the hospitalization times in 1 year of the intervention group decreased significantly when compared to the control group(P<0.05).The nursing effect was better than the routine nursing care.Conclusion:The study found that the continue nursing can effectively reduce the acute attack times of patients with bronchial asthma.It has very efficient nursing effect.It should promote the use.关键词
