剖宫产术中大出血18例护理分析
Nursing analysis of massive intraoperative bleeding in 18 patients with cesarean

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the cure and nursing experiences of intraoperative bleeding in the patients with cesarean and improve the clinical cure rate and quality of nursing.Method:18 patients with intraoperative bleeding of cesarean from February 2011 to March 2014 were treated with the emergency rescue.The bleeding volume was observed carefully;the patients' physical condition was serious evaluated;the cause of hemorrhage was identified and hemorrhage was controlled;the uterine cavity balloon was used to stop bleeding;maternal vital signs were monitored closely,and nursing measures such as psychological nursing were strengthened.Results:Because of the proper rescue measures and nursing, 1 case with massive hemorrhage of cesarean underwent subtotal hysterectomy,and 1 case underwent total hysterectomy and all patients were cured successfully,with the success rate 100.0% .Conclusion:The important nursing measures have remarkable effect in the intraoperative bleeding of cesarean,which is worth promoting.关键词
