Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical features of child diabetes and the clinical nursing countermeasures and points of child diabetes. Methods: 80 cases of diabetes in children patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each.The control group were given conventional nursing.On the basis of the control group,we analyzed the patient's clinical disease characteristics, the first symptoms, onset age and season of the observation group,and offered certain nursing countermeasures,including plans to diet,health education and psychological nursing,exercise therapy,self-monitoring and follow-up.The relief discharge rate,the degree of patients' families and complications rate of children were compared.Results:The relief discharge rate and the degree of patients' families of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scientific and effective nursing countermeasures play an important role in child diabetes treatment.关键词
