摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the epidemic situation,harm,risk factors and controllability of diabetic retinopathy(DR) and explore the significance and social economic value of diabetes therapeuic education in the prevention of DR.Methods:The pathological basis,risk factors and tertiary prevention of DR were expounded through literature retrieval.Results:DR had a long-term process and was closely related to many factors.Diabetes blind was not reversible but avoidable.Conclusion:Diabetes therapeuic education could reduce the prevalence rate and blinding rate of DR and improve the patients' quality of life,which could save medical resources.关键词
