The expression of Her-2 and nm23H1 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective:To research the expression of Her-2 and nm23H1 in colorectal cancer,and to explore its clinical significance and the relationship between them.Methods:The expression of Her-2 and nm23H1 protein were detected in 78 cases of colorectal cancer tissue specimens and 78 cases of normal colorectal tissue specimens by using immunohisto chemistry method. Results:The positive expression rate of Her-2 was increased significantly in the colorectal carcinoma than in the normal colorectal tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal expression of Her-2 protein in colorectal cancer had a relationship with depth of tumor invasion(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of nm23H1 in normal colorectal tissues was significantly higher than that in the colorectal cancer tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of nm23H1 protein had realationship with the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05);there was a negatively relationship between the expression of node Her-2 and nm23H1 protein in cancer tissues.Conclusion:The high expression of Her-2 and low expression of nm23H1 in colorectal cancer realte with the depth of colorectal cancer invasion, lymph node metastasis,differentiation,and also with TNM stage.There is a negatively relationship between the expression of node Her-2 and nm23H1 protein in cancer tissues.关键词
