Abstract
Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of thoracoscopy and thoracotomy operation treatment of early lung cancer. Methods: 88 patients with early stage lung cancer were selected from August 2011 to March 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the figures method with 44 cases in each.The control group patients took a traditional open chest operation treatment.The observation group patients took the video-assisted thoracoscopic treatment. We compared the effect of treatment,postoperative C reactive protein and the occurrence of complications of two groups patients. Results:After the treatment,the operation time, the number of dissected lymph nodes of the observation group had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05);the bleeding volume during operation,drainage time,postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative 6 h CRP,postoperative 48 h CRP,postoperative 7 d CRP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total of postoperative adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic operation for the treatment of early stage lung cancer patients with conventional open chest operation in treatment of early lung cancer can improve the operation effect effectively,reduce the damage of patients, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.The clinical efficacy is significant,so it is worth in clinical promotion and application.关键词
