Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy suction phlegm in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:62 patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 31 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy suction phlegm on the basis of routine treatment;the control group were treated with conventional therapy combined with conventional sputum suction method.Two groups were given the same nutrition support and anti inflammation treatment.We observed and recorded two groups of curative effect.Results:Compared with the treatment group and the control group,and before and after treatment in the treatment group, arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2) and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),respiratory rate(RR) were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of fiberbronchoscope sputum in the treatment of severe pneumonia is a safe and effective method.It can obviously improve the blood oxygen saturation and improve the cure rate of severe pneumonia,and has the clinical value of application and popularization.关键词
