Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical analysis of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,to summarize the experience.Methods:100 patients with advanced and recurrent colorectal cancer were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with oxaliplatin and capecitabine combination therapy.The control group were treated with oxaliplatin,calcium folinate,5-fluorouracil.We evaluated the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical curative effect of the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,the incidence rate of adverse drug reaction was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adverse reaction of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer is low,and short-term effect is good.It can effectively improve the quality of advanced colon cancer chemotherapy prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
