Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of narrow spectrum UVB combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules in the treatment of pityriasis rosea.Methods:75 patients with pityriasis rosea were selected from February 2013 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 39 cases and the control group with 36 cases.The treatment group with the use of narrow-band UVB irradiation,1 time/2 d,and oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules 75 mg/time,3 times/d;the control group only oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules 75 mg/time, 3 times/d.The two groups were treated with 4 weeks.Results:The treatment effective rate of the treatment group was 95% ;the treatment effective rate of the control group was 64% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The narrow-band UVB combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules in the treatment of pityriasis rosea is a safe and effective treatment method.关键词
