Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of low anus preserving operation in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods:132 patients with rectal cancer were selected from February 2012 to April 2014.They were divided into the low anus preserving operation group and the miles group with 66 cases in each according to the different operation ways.The low anus preserving operation group were treated with low anus preserving operation.The miles group were treated with Miles surgical method.Results:The postoperative blood loss of the low anus preserving operation group was (117.6±20.5)mL;the postoperative anal exhaust time was (3.1±1.2)days;the postoperative complication was 4 cases;the complication incidence rate was 6.1%;the hospitalization time was (16.5±2.3)days.The postoperative blood loss of the miles group was (271.6±23.5)mL;the postoperative anal exhaust time was (2.9±1.1)days;the postoperative complication was 1 case;the complication incidence rate was 16.7%;the hospitalization time was (25.5±5.5)days.The postoperative blood loss,postoperative complication and hospitalization time of patients in two groups were compared with statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time was compared without statistically significant(P>0.05).The somatization, hostility,depression,fear,anxiety scores of patients in the low anus preserving operation group were significantly lower than those of the miles group,and the two groups were compared with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low anus preserving operation in the treatment of rectal cancer improve the life quality of patients,and it has the advantages,such as less bleeding during operation process,short hospitalization time,less complications.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
