Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of locking compression plate and interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial fracture nonunion.Methods:50 patients with tibial fracture nonunion were selected from May 2012 to May 2014. According to the random number table,they were divided into the locking plate group and intramedullary nail group.We compared the operation time,healing time of fracture,callus growth score at postoperative 3 months and 6 months,knee and ankle score of joint function at 6 months after operation.Results:In the locking plate group,operation time was obviously longer than that in the nailing group(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups of fracture healing time was not significant(P>0.05);In the locking plate group,at 3 months and 6 months after operation,the growth of callus score was lower than that in the nailing group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);at 6 months after operation,two groups of HSS knee joint score and ankle Kofoed score were elevated(P<0.05),but the difference between the knee HSS score and ankle joint Kofoed score at 6 months before and after operation of the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of tibial fracture nonunion,locking compression plate and interlocking intramedullary nail all have exact curative effect and high cure rate.The two have different advantages.We should choose them according to the specific clinical situation.关键词
