腹壁、交臂、邻指皮瓣在手指皮肤软组织缺损治疗中应用对比
The application comparison of abdominal wall,cross arm,cross finger flap in soft tissue defect of finger skin
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the abdominal wall,cross arm,adjacent finger flap for skin and soft tissue defect of the finger. Methods:45 patients with finger skin and soft tissue defect were selected from 2008 to 2013.We abdominal wall skin flap,cross arm flap,cross finger flap transplantation to them.Then we compared the treatment effect.Results:45 cases of flap,all of them pedicled off 3 weeks after the surgery.1 cases of cross finger flap necrosis because of the pedicle tight,pull.Abdominal wall skin flap infection in 1 case,the occurrence of fat liquefaction in 1 case,delayed wound healing in 2 cases.Cross arm flap all survived. Conclusion:3 kinds of flap transplantation have its advantages and disadvantages.We must select according to the condition of the patients.关键词
