Application of scalp coronal incision assisted small incision in the face for orbital zygomatic fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the path selection and operation treatment of orbital zygomatic multiple fracture.Methods:8 patients with orbital zygomatic complex fracture were selected.They were treated with scalp A full or semi coronal incision with facial small incision surgical treatment,titanium plate and screw internal rigid fixation.Results:In 8 cases,temporal area infection occurred in 1 case,who was cured after dressing change;the rest were all primary healing;face was symmetrical;the occluding relation was restored to normal.Conclusion:Scalp coronal incision has many advantages,such as hidden incision,no scars on face, clear operation field and so on.Assisted small incision is an ideal method for the treatment of facial on nasal,inferior orbital wall, bottom wall and other orbital zygomatic multiple comminuted complex midfacial fractures.关键词
