Abstract
Objective:Through the clinical observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination conservative treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion,to explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination conservative treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods:163 patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were given Chinese medicine acupuncture,massage,traction with western medicine treatment.Results:In 162 patients, 106 cases were cured;39 cases were improved;17 cases were ineffective;the effective rate was 89.5%.Conclusion:The effect of using traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion is ideal.It avoids operation possible be brought about complications,medical convenience,low cost,and it is easy to be accepted by patients.It can be used as an effective treatment method for clinical promotion.关键词
