益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛50例临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yi Xin Shu capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods: 100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected from September 2013 to September 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.The control group patients were given beta blockers,nitrates and(or) calcium antagonist antagonist,aspirin therapy.The observation group were given Yi Xin Shu capsule 3 grain/time based on the control group,3 times/d.Two groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks. Results:After the treatment,the observation group chest pain disappeared in 48 cases;chest tightness disappeared in 48 cases;palpitations disappeared in 49 cases;shortness of breath and disappeared in 49 cases.The control group of chest pain disappeared in 39 cases;chest tightness disappeared in 37 cases;heart palpitations and disappeared in 35 cases;shortness of breath disappeared in 36 cases;the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group total effectiveness was 94%;the comparison group total effectiveness was 84% ;the difference of two groups had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yi Xin Shu capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has significant curative effect,so it is worth promoting.关键词
