摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huang Lian E Jiao decoction in the treatment of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type insomnia.Method:118 patients with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type insomnia were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in the observation group were treated with Huang Lian E Jiao decoction.58 cases in the control group were treated with the Bai Le Mian capsule.All of them were treated for 28 days.We analyzed the clinical indicators and clinical efficacy after the treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 85%;the effective rate of the control group was 55% ;the differences with the statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving insomnia(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huang Lian E Jiao decoction in the treatment of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type insomnia is curative.关键词
