自然流产及不孕不育患者染色体异常分析
Analysis of abnormal chromosome in patients with spontaneous abortion and infertility

Abstract
Objective:To explore the abnormal chromosome in patients with spontaneous abortion and infertility.Methods:2 314 patients with infertility and spontaneous abortion were selected.They were given the peripheral blood lymphocyte culture and chromosome karyotype analysis after conventional G banding.Results:In 2 314 patients,the detection of abnormal chromosome karyotype was in 167 cases,and the total detection rate was 7.22%.Among them,in spontaneous abortion patients,50 cases were abnormal,and the detection rate was 8.73%;in infertility patients,122 cases were abnormal,and the detection rate was 6.81%. Conclusion:Chromosome abnormality was one of the important reasons of infertility and spontaneous abortion.In outpatient service, attention should be paid to it.关键词
