摘要
Abstract
Objective:To verify the biological reference of 6 gastrointestinal tumor markers that detected by interval laboratory,in order to ensure its application in clinical.Methods:To verify it according to the method recommended by American clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)C28-A2,all the specimens were collected from 20 healthy individuals,testing gastrointestinal tumor markers project of specimens in the Abbott i2000sr electrochemical analyzer that had been through the performance verification,then analyzed the results.Results:100% of the project results of 20 healthy individual were in the currently biological reference interval.Conclusion:6 biological reference interval of digestive tract tumor markers are applied to local population.关键词
