Application of clinical nursing pathway in ischemic stroke in the rehabilitation nursing

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application and effect of clinical nursing pathway in ischemic stroke in the rehabilitation nursing.Methods:72 patients with ischemic stroke were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.On the basis of clinical rehabilitation nursing measures,they were divided into the observation group(clinical nursing rehabilitation pathway implementation group) and the control group(routine nursing group) with 36 cases in each.We observed the effect of treatment,to guide clinical rehabilitation nursing practice in ischemic stroke.Results:In the observation group,the improvement of clinical symptoms,NIHSS and Fugl-Meyer scores were better than those of the control group,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing path has a high clinical value in ischemic stroke rehabilitation nursing.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
