Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in conservative treatment in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:94 cases of patients with tubal ectopic pregnancy treated with conservative treatment from September 2011 to September 2012 were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine gynecological care,and the observation group took comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine gynecological care.We compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:The percentage of patients with gestational sac ruptured in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalized time was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive degree of therapy plan,disease and drug knowledge in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The team cooperate rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group during treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in conservative treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy can improve the patient's bad mood effectively and increase the awareness of disease and therapy plan and compliance.关键词
