Abstract
Pediatric nurse should not only master various venous sampling technique,but also know how to make flexible use.We used different blood sampling techniques timely according to children's age,weight,the illness condition and so on,in order to mitigate the pain of patients,protect blood vessel,improve work efficiency,and promote the nurse patient relationship and harmonious purpose.关键词
