小儿支气管肺炎的护理干预观察
Observation of nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia and nursing observation and experience,to further improve the quality of nursing.Methods:140 patients with bronchial pneumonia were selected from February 2013 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 70 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with the same method.The control group were given common nursing,and the intervention group were given nursing intervention and careful nursing observation.Results:After the treatment,heart rate,respiratory frequency,pH value,PaO2, PaCO2 of the two groups were significantly improved.Compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the intervention group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the intervention group,the total effective rate was 100%;in the control group,the total efficiency was 65.7%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen the nursing intervention and nursing observation of the children with bronchial pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the quality of nursing.关键词
