社区糖尿病患者健康教育的体会

摘要
Abstract
In this paper,we would investigate the importance of health education for community diabetes patients based on community medical,to obeserve the implementation effect.The community diabetes patients and their families were given diabetes diet,exercise,medication and other aspects of health guidance with various ways,at the same time,we strengthened the education for patients with health knowledge.Then,patients with diabetes had a more detailed understanding of relevant knowledge,diet and exercise were more scientific and reasonable.Drug treatment was more systematic and standardized. Therefore,in the community,through publicity and education of relevant knowledge,patients with diabetes have a further understanding of their own conditions.Quality of life is improved significantly.The patient's condition is more stable.关键词
