广州市彩虹街社区儿童OSAHS与肥胖症患病情况调查分析
Investigation and analysis on the prevalence of OSAHS and obesity in community children of caihong street in guangzhou city

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and the prevalence of obesity in community children of caihong street.Methods:We taken the method of stratified random cluster sampling,and randomly selected the residents from each community according to the house number,our respondents were children at 3~14 years old. Results:There were a total of 2349 respondents in this investigation group,with 1264 male and 1085 female in it,and 121 cases of OSAHS were found in this group,so the incidence of OSAHS was 5.15%,when compared the incidence between boys(5.5%) and girls(4.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).There were 285 children were detected as obesity,and the obesity rate was 12.1%,the difference of incidence rate was statistically significant between boys(13.3%) and girls(10.8%) (P>0.05). Among those 285 children with obesity,there were 53 cases of OSAHS,and 232 cases of children without OSAHS,however,in 2064 children without obesity,there were 68 children with OSAHS,and 1996 children without OSAHS,the onset of obesity has an effect on the incidence of OSAHS(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a correlation between OSAHS and the pathogenesis of obesity,obesity is one of the factors that influence the pathogenesis of OSAHS,actively treatment of obesity,and weight control,can play positive significance for the prevention and treatment of children with OSAHS.关键词
