Abstract
Pick to objective: to study the PDCA cycle in neurology inpatients fall/drop of bed the application effect of prevention. Methods: in June 2013 - June 2014 treated 168 cases of hospitalized patients, through the fall/drop bed patients disease, age, medication adherence, surrounding environment and nursing human resources is analyzed, and adopt PDCA management, completes the bed fall/fall risk assessment, hospital environment and safety management, enhancing health education to improve patients' compliance. Results: fall/drop bed significantly reduce adverse events, events fall 2.98%, 1.19% drop of bed events. Conclusion: using the PDCA management, can effectively reduce the neurology patients fall/drop bed, improve the nursing safety, reduce medical disputes, the close relationship between nurses and patients, improve patient satisfaction, at the same time reduce the nurse's psychological pressure.关键词
