Confusion and thinking of the skills training of nursing staff
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,our hospital standardized training the skills clinical nursing staff below 45 years old,making the operation flow of skilled,correct,complete the training of a certain task of them.But the existence of the nurse operation mechanization,pay attention to process,the lack of clinical application and nurse patient communication.In this paper,by thinking this problem,in the future we should focus on improving the practicability and the nurse's strain capacity.关键词
